All items are sold as-is and are final sale. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds unless we determine a major defect during our quality inspection before shipping. We do not sell pre-owned clothing here.

 

2. Quality Inspection & Defects

 

    •    We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping to ensure they meet our standards.

    •    If we identify a major defect before shipping, we will proactively notify you and issue a           full refund rather than send a defective item.

 

3. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Minor Issues

 

We do not accept returns for:

 

    •    Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

    •    Fit, style, or preference

    •    Damage caused after delivery

 

4. Order Processing & Shipping

 

    •    Orders are processed in 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Shipping times vary based on
          location.

    •    For Fraud Prevention, items are shipped to billing addresses only.

 

5. Pricing & Product Availability

 

    •    All prices are final at the time of purchase.

    •    Sample items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be restocked or replaced once sold.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a purchased item.
