SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to "Billing Addresses" only.

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

 

Order Processing

 

    •    Orders are processed promptly, within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

    •    Standard shipping is used unless otherwise arranged during checkout.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

    •    Once an order is shipped, delivery times are subject to the selected courier’s schedule (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other carriers).

    •    We are not responsible for in-transit delays caused by the courier.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

 

    •    If an order is not received by the expected delivery date, buyers must:

    •    Notify us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.

    •    Report the missing package to the courier.

    •    We will follow up with the courier regarding any “Item Not Received” inquiries.

    •    If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will work with them to resolve the issue, including providing a full refund if the courier deems the package lost.

 

Shipping Address Responsibility

 

    •    Orders are shipped to "billing" addresses associated with payment methods only. Please ensure accuracy, to avoid shipping delays. Customers are responsible for shipping fees for any returned items due to incorrect shipping addresses.
