Sample items are sold as-is and are final sale—they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Since there is only one of each item, we cannot offer replacements. 
 
We conduct a thorough quality inspection before shipping. If we find an issue during this process, we will proactively notify you and offer a full refund rather than ship a defective item. 
 

Bottom line: If we send it, we stand by it. If there’s a real defect, we’ll make it right. Otherwise, all sales are final.
